LOXAM acquires JM Trykluft and strenghtens its presence in Denmark
Loxam Group (“Loxam”) announces the acquisition of JM Trykluft A/S (“JM Trykluft”) from its current ultimate owners Mr Christian Kannegaard Samuelsen and Mr Carl Frederik Studier.
JM Trykluft has been active in Denmark as a general equipment rental player since the 1970s and operates today a network of 9 branches located throughout Jutland, with headquarters in Aarhus. In 2020, JM Trykluft generated revenues in excess of 18 million Euros and employed approximately 70 people. This acquisition reinforces Loxam’ setup in the Western part of the country, where it has been present since 2007, and complements its network of 21 general plant branches and 6 specialized branches to set up a best-in-class service network for its clients.
