Promoting quality of work life

LOXAM pays particular attention to the quality of life at work (QWL) and this is achieved through the training of both new and experienced employees. Throughout their career, our people attend training sessions at the LOXAM training centre in Bagneux (92) in areas as wide and varied as customer relations, familiarity with equipment, machine operation, safety, the environment, etc. In 2021, 80% of employees followed at least one course.

With this training and knowledge under their belts, they are today responsible professionals, acknowledged as such by their clients. They have every opportunity to progress through the Group and are encouraged to do so. This approach helps to drive our people’s engagement, motivation and loyalty to the group.
