This decline narrows to 1.8% after adjusting for the impact of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. In 2025, major accounts and the infrastructure sector continued to support the company’s commercial performance, while the decrease in activity was mainly driven by weaker demand from SMEs in the new residential construction and renovation markets. In the fourth quarter, revenue remained almost stable (-0.5%), indicating the prospect of a market recovery. Finally, the company’s commercial performance and the quality of its customer service were recognized in France with the ESCDA award for the ninth consecutive year.

Activity also improved throughout the year in the Nordic countries. While 2025 revenue declined by 3.9% to €645.2 million, impacted by a weak economic environment in the first half and a downturn in the new residential construction sector, the second half posted 1% growth, confirming early signs of recovery in the region.

At last, revenue in the Rest of the World division fell by only 1.1% to €833.3 million over the year, with a notable increase of 3.3% in the fourth quarter of 2025.

LOXAM’s geographical diversification is an important factor of stability and resilience, helping mitigate the impact of declining markets. As a result, LOXAM delivered a solid performance in 2025 and saw a gradual improvement in activity throughout the year, supported by major infrastructure projects, renewable energy developments, electrification initiatives, and the construction of data centers to support the development of AI.

Building on the experience of the Paris 2024 Olympics and Paralympics

LOXAM confirmed in 2025 its ability to support major international events, building on the momentum of the Paris 2024 Games. The Group played a decisive role during COP30 in Belém, Brazil, by supplying the temporary energy needed for this global event — the equivalent of powering a city of 300,000 inhabitants for 30 days of operations running 24/7.

The Group also delivered key services for the Milan–Cortina Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games, providing temporary accommodation and hospitality areas. 600 modules were installed, and 100 lifting and handling machines were deployed under demanding operational conditions related to the mountainous winter environment.

These achievements underscore the Group’s strong operational capabilities in delivering logistical services for major international events. LOXAM now stands as a recognised and trusted leader in this field.

Safety remains a key priority

Beyond its financial and operational results, LOXAM continues to make steady progress on safety. Workplace accidents have again fallen sharply across the Group, showing the effectiveness of our prevention policies, especially in France. Since 2022, the Group’s frequency rate has been cut in half and is now below 7.5 per million hours worked. This places the company among the top performers in the sector worldwide.

Digital and AI supporting performance

LOXAM is continuing its digital transformation to improve customer service and make employees’ tasks easier. All steps of the end‑to‑end customer process are now digitalised — from ordering to online contract management (new website, electronic signature, and the My Loxam portal), as well as equipment monitoring (geolocation, usage and consumption tracking, and remote troubleshooting). The deployment of AI has also progressed, particularly in predictive maintenance and fleet management.

Maintaining our commitment to heritage preservation

LOXAM has continued to support heritage preservation in a steady and structured way. Our partnership with the “Fondation du Patrimoine” has enabled several restoration projects across France, selected directly by our regional management teams. In 2025, LOXAM supported five new projects in Burgundy, Alsace, Occitanie and the Côte d’Azur, as well as a project in Italy with the renovation of the gardens of Villa Bonaparte. The Group also continued its support for the restoration of Notre-Dame Cathedral and committed in 2025 to helping the iconic
Comédie-Française with its renovation programme.

A well‑recognised CSR policy

LOXAM has been awarded the highest level of EcoVadis certification – Platinum, a distinction that recognises its leadership in corporate social responsibility across all assessed pillars — environment, ethics, responsible purchasing, and social & human rights. The Platinum level is granted only to the top 1% of evaluated companies.

A great place to work

The Group was recognised in 2025 as a Great Place To Work®, with 22 countries now certified. With a participation rate of 83% and an overall score of 71%, the survey shows progress across all business lines, reflecting a shared culture that is both demanding and people‑focused.

These results highlight the efforts made to improve the employee experience across the Group. LOXAM thus confirms its position as a trusted, responsible employer, committed to its teams as well as to its customers.

Favourable outlook for 2026

Market conditions for the construction sector in Europe over the next two years remain positive, with a recovery expected this year in new residential construction. Ongoing investment in infrastructure, industry and energy production is expected to support demand for equipment rental. This is why we plan to increase our investments in equipment, in order to capture the expected market growth and renew our fleet.

Due to the ongoing conflict with Iran, we have decided to temporarily suspend our investments in the Gulf countries.
