Our articles of association provide that the Strategy Committee may consist of up to 12 members who may or may not be shareholders and who are appointed by the General Meeting of Shareholders. Members of our Strategy Committee (other than the Chairman) are appointed for terms of three years by the ordinary general meeting of shareholders.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Strategy Committee meets at least four times a year and is convened by the Chairman or the Managing Director. Its role is to assist and advise the Chairman on questions relating to our development strategy, finance, external growth transactions and the CSR policy. It hears the rapporteurs of specialist committees and may rule on any other question submitted to it by the Chairman. Before joining Loxam, Mr. D\u00e9prez was regional director of the building materials manufacturer SOCIMAT from 1983 to 1986, and vice president of finance of Ciments d\u2019Origny Group (part of the Holderbank Group, also in the building materials industry) from 1978 to 1983. Mr. D\u00e9prez also held the position of Chairman of the Board of the European Rental Association from 2005 to 2013. Mr. H\u00e9non joined Loxam in 2000 and previously held the positions of Director for Paris area from 2000 to 2001 and Chief Operating Officer between 2001 and 2012. Before joining Loxam, Mr. H\u00e9non was director of construction activities at Dagard, a manufacturing &amp; installation company from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, he was consultant at Deloitte from 1992 to 1996.
