Loxam branches operate much like SMEs, fostering close relationships, listening to customers and delivering a quick response. In keeping with a standard management model that guarantees the same high-quality services for the group’s 160,000 customers, the decentralised branches gain an in-depth understanding of local requirements and adapt their fleet and services accordingly.

Staff training plays a key role in establishing common values geared towards customer satisfaction and the introduction of common internal processes. With the setting up of the Loxam training centre, the group enables all staff to take advantage of training sessions focussing on all aspects of their profession: sales methods (using the “Loxam sales method”) customer relations, technical expertise, management, legislation, quality and environmental management, group processes.
